Do you offer Breast Milk storage for parents? Can I arrange a milk-safe fridge during my stay?
As part of our On-Demand Family Fridge program, guests can have one of our dedicated Mini Me Milk Fridges delivered to their room as a complimentary service, just by asking the front desk. The fridges allow parents to store milk while staying with us, at the temperature required by the CDC.

Reservations
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
These are free of charge, on a first come first serve basis. Cribs and playards are permitted in any room, but rollaways are only permitted in King-bedded rooms.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
If you made a reservation using a non Kimpton website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
A valid credit card is required to check into the hotel. Payments in cash, by credit card, gift cards, or travelers check (personal checks are NOT accepted) are accepted at check out.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
The minimum age requirement to check in to a room is 21.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Reservations must cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date, 3pm local hotel time to avoid a one night's room and tax charge to your credit card.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
A valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check in.
Do you have connecting rooms?
No, we do not offer connecting rooms.
Do you have ADA rooms?
Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower.
Do you have an early departure fee?
The hotel may charge an early departure fee up to one night's room and tax.

From GA 400 exit onto Peachtree Rd and head West. Turn left onto East Shawdowlawn Ave NE and then turn right onto East Paces Ferry Rd NE. The hotel will be on the right.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Parking is available and is not included in room rates with the exception of specific packages.
